The launch of our first speed server is imminent, but before we announce the launch date we need to come up with a name for it. Help us choose a name for the first speed server of Astro Empires and be eligable to win a free 3 months upgrade!
As with the normal servers, speed servers will be named alphabetically. So the first speed server will start with the letter "A". In the early years of 5057 there was an empire that was based in the nork nebula sector on a planet called Shanlan. They were just discovering galatacial travel with a machine called a jump gate, This Jump Gate allowed sudden transportation to other galaxy’s. Other empires heard of this machine and couldn’t believe what they were hearing some sent scouts out to see this machine for themselves and once they saw it they had to have it so they started making purchases of this machine but the Golahn federation didn’t quite approve of this machine. You see at the time the Golahn federation (T.G.F) controlled most of the universe. They really didn’t want this machine to even exist... They knew what this could mean for their Federation’s security, an attack on one of their territories could happen in a blink of an eye and they wouldn’t know what hit them. Man, that sounds so lame. Nobody calls me “Samuel” except my Mom. And I haven’t kept a journal since I was a kid and even then I didn’t do it for very long. But with all that’s happened since the Drekons arrived, I felt I’d better keep some sort of record. I’ll start with today and see where this goes. It’ll give me something to do anyway.
OCCUPATION OF CESTUS III, DAY 20
The title sums it up, we’re living (if you can call it that) under occupation. The Drekons arrived just about 3 weeks ago and things have gone downhill fast. Best estimates are that over a million died the night of the invasion in New Liberty alone. And it didn’t end there.…Continue Reading »
